Dear Mr. Robinson,
Because of you, I go to T.A.G.S. every study hall even if I don’t necessarily need help with anything. I enjoy our witty banter and your twisted sense of humor always makes me laugh. I always find myself laughing at the niche historical references you make when we are discussing APUSH. Talking about the comical and immature parts of American history is my favorite pastime during school hours.
I love all the deep discussions that we get into about history, whether it be an outrageous devil’s advocate take that I’m only 90% sure is a joke or thought provoking hypotheticals. I really appreciate the fact that you engage with me about topics that I can seldomly debate and discuss with other individuals. It’s a privilege that I get to discuss such topics with someone who has vast knowledge on the subject.
I never find myself regretting the time I ‘waste’ talking to you over studying for my reading quiz in APUSH next block. And when I am asking for help with assignments, you never fail to have the perfect piece of advice to set me on the right path to success. From minor homework assignments, upcoming tests, or major projects you are always willing to lend out a helping hand. I always find myself learning something new and interesting, even when I just ask a simple question about what I’m reading in the textbook that I wouldn’t have learned from just a measly google search.
I cherish the limited time I get to talk to you and I hope I get to see you again in T.A.G.S. next year. And if not, I’ll still come in anyways for the heck of it. Thank you for being by far, one of the best teachers I’ve never had.
Yours truly,
Brayden
