Since humans started counting the days and have not lost track, one thing has always been true: Tuesday is for tacos, that reality has come closer to Titan Territory with Taco Bamba in Cascades Marketplace, where delicious dreams of taco delight come true. Taco Bamba also has fifteen other locations all over Northern Virginia.
The options for tacos are quite broad from more traditional tacos to more unique specialty tacos that Taco Bamba has put their own spin on. These are unique to every location while everything else stays consistent from location to location. My personal favorite from Cascades Marketplace was the It’s Chiko (Not Cheeko) taco, a spin on a shrimp taco with the name derived from CHIKO, a Chinese-Korean fusion restaurant near Taco Bamba. The traditional fish and grilled chicken tacos were just as appetizing as well.
When it’s not Taco Tuesday, don’t fret, Taco Bamba has you covered from crispy wings to juicy cuts of beef. The cheese and chicken quesadilla comes in a sizable portion that is sure to make appease any cheesy craving you might have. The grilled Bamba Wings were some of the best wings I’ve had, something I did not expect from a taco joint. I recommend the chili garlic butter sauce and bamba buffalo sauce. Ultimately, I enjoyed my time at Taco Bamba and plan to give the vast amount of locations a try for their specialty tacos.
