Biggest Game This Season: “Our most important game is going to be Rock Ridge because they are a district matchup and with that win we will be better seeded for postseason,” Amanda Watanabe said.

Biggest Game This Season: Potomac Falls on Thursday April 10, at 6:30 at home. “Our biggest game this season is our rivalry game because we have not lost to them in eight years and need to continue the streak,” Beyer said.
Captains: Baseball does not have captains, they use their seniors as role models to the team.

Girls Tennis
Coach: Sebastian Chirila

Record Last Season: Last season the team struggled to win any matches. “We lost all team matches, while we were able to win a few individual matches. So, our record for the season was 0 wins. We are hoping to have a better season this year, as we are working hard to be competitive.” Coach Chirila said.
Biggest Game This Season: The Potomac Falls and Park View match will be very important as last year it was a very close match. “Both of them were close last year and we were almost able to defeat them, with losing after great battles. But I am hoping that we will be able to defeat Tuscarora and Heritage as well, which are both in our District,” Chirila said.

Record Last Season: #3 Doubles team won 7 matches in a row [Kaleel Clinch and John Economou] and #6 singles [Kaleel Clinch] also won 7 matches in a row. “Last year was a rebuilding year for our team and we had several close matches against Tuscarora and Heritage where we just came up short as a team,” Coach Economou said.
Biggest Match This Season: Tuscarora on Monday May 5 and Heritage on Thursday April 10, both start at 5:00 pm at home

Biggest Meet This Season: The district meet is very important as it helps decide who continues on in the season to regionals and states. “The District meet helps determine who runs the relays at regionals and states. It also gives you an opportunity to qualify through placement,” Junior Ella Koerber said.
Captains: Seniors who have been on the team for several years and who also served as captains during cross country.
Boys Track and Field

Biggest Meet This Season: “I believe the most important meet this season will likely be Dogwood, due to the level of competition and its timing toward the end of the season,” senior Levi Domonkos said.
Captains: The captains for the upcoming season are primarily seniors who have been part of the team for several years and also served as captains during cross country.
