Restaurant Review: Eddie V’s

Restaurant Review: Eddie Vs

Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is a fine-dining restaurant located at Tysons Corner Mall.  The restaurant specializes in seafood, including six different varieties of oysters, and premium hand-cut steaks.  The atmosphere at Eddie V’s is elegant and enjoyable, featuring a live jazz band.

The main course selections of seafood range from swordfish to shrimp and scallops to sea bass.  For the red meats, all of the numerous premium steaks can be transformed into surf and turf with the addition of oysters, crab-stuffed shrimp, or lobster tail.  Eddie V’s also serves a wide variety of fresh salads and tasty appetizers.  The restaurant offers chicken, lamb, sushi, and tofu options as well, making it appealing to pretty much everyone.

The sides at Eddie V’s are absolutely incredible, with my personal favorites being the truffled macaroni and cheese and the butter poached lobster mashed potatoes.  Be sure to save some room at the end of your meal because the desserts at Eddie V’s are to die for, think: crème brulee, blackberry cobbler, and all made fresh daily.

Eddie V’s is the ideal place to celebrate a special occasion with friends and family.  Although the menu items are somewhat pricey, with a full meal averaging around $45-50 per person, the quality of the food and the service is phenomenal.  For more memorable events, like a birthday, anniversary, or prom, Eddie V’s is the place to go.
