What to do on your Monday and Tuesday off
As the extra two days off are here, there are various indoor and outdoor attractions nearby for those planning to stay local. Options range from ice skating indoors, climbing rocks or ropes courses, to catching a movie.
Loudoun Ice Centre
Come dressed in layers for Loudoun Ice Centre’s indoor ice skating rink.
When: Public Skate This weekend, Saturday 7- 8:30pm, No times on Sunday, Mon + Tues 11 am – 12:30 pm

Autobahn Indoor Speedway + Events
Autobahn Speedway is an indoor go-karting track. Junior Karts available for 8-12 year olds required to be at least 48 in. tall and Pro Karts available for at least 13 years old and 56 in. tall. Racers under 18 have to be accompanied by parent or have parents sign a waiver. All equipment provided with required wear of close toed shoes.
When: Open Mon-Thurs 11am-10pm, Fridays 11am- 12am, Saturdays 10am- 12am, Sundays 10am-10pm (Reservations not required but recommended)
How much: In order to race, purchase of $7.95 Speedway License is required, which is valid at all locations

Sportrock Climbing Center
Sportrock Climbing Center is indoor rock climbing for anyone ages 14 up with adult supervision. With no equipment needed or prior experience participants are able to take classes in a group or private for different levels.
When: Sterling location is open Monday- Friday from 6am to 10pm, Saturday + Sunday from 9am-9pm
How much: Day pass: Adults $24, Student w/ID $22, Kids under 10 $20,

Ax throwing for anyone 14 years or older. As participants must be 14 or older to enter the facility then accompanied by parents or guardians at all times. Walk-ins accepted while reservations strongly encouraged with a menu offered for food orders.

The group works together to solve multi step questions and problems in order to escape the room given a 60 minute time limit.

An indoor ropes adventure course offering a way for families to challenge themselves and stay active with the treat of an onsite cafe. Participants are required to be 8 years or older and 4’2 inches or above to climb on their own. Children ages 4-7 or those shorter than 4’2 inches must climb with an adult 18+.
When: Saturday + Sunday open from 10am to 4:45 pm for general adventure passes, parties, and groups under 20 people
Monday-Friday only open for Corporate and Large group events and Federal Government

Ultrazone Loudoun is an indoor laser tag facility open to all ages. Players can be grouped into teams and battle against each other in an enclosed arena.
