What: Duolingo
Where: On the app store and Google play store
Why: If you are looking to improve or learn a new language, try out Duolingo. The app has 38 languages users can learn, and 97 different courses you can take to learn languages. First you start off by selecting how much you know of the language and you answer questions like diagnostic. As you keep practicing, you can move up to different levels. For example, you start with just vocabulary then you can move up to conjugations and verbs. It is a great app to use if you are bored and want to learn a language.
This is a great source if you are taking a language or you want to just learn another language. It is something to do when you are sitting at home bored. It is a basic vocab like family, cooking, school, and other different topics. Like a lot of apps, Duolingo offers a premium service, where there are no ads and you can use the app offline, and unlimited lives. Although you cannot become fully fluent, Duolingo is a great start to becoming fluent, and getting to know a language or multiple languages.
