The Leesburg Halloween Parade happens annually with many local school bands performing.
What: Leesburg Halloween Parade
When: Thursday, October 31st, 2019 4-7 pm
Where: Ida Lee Park Recreation Center, Ida Lee Drive Northwest, Leesburg, VA
Why: The Leesburg Halloween Parade is always a fun thing to see. Marching bands from around the area go and join the parade. There are also small businesses that join the parade with floats.
Throughout the route, people are in their costumes and waiting along the sidewalk getting candy tossed to them. The atmosphere is overall fun and upbeat. It’s very much like Homecoming parade here at Dominion.
