Moves Redskins Could Make Before and After Trade Deadline

At 3-4 the Redskins are going to be battling for the wild card with the Cowboys, since the Eagles stand at 7-1. The Redskins are going to need a boost to help ensure their playoff chances especially after the recent loss to the Cowboys. Here are some possible moves that could help them get closer to the wild card spot or help for next season.

Terrelle Pryor for Martavis Bryant– Martavis Bryant has been unhappy with his role in Pittsburgh as he is getting limited touches. Bryant is an absolute stud with a 4.42 40-yard dash. He is a very dynamic and game changing player. The Steelers aren’t happy with him either since he criticized his teammate JuJu Smith Schuster, and hasn’t put up big numbers this year. Terrelle Pryor put up big numbers in Cleveland, but also had a slow year so far. He has dropped a lot of balls this year, and didn’t fill the void of Desean Jackson and Pierre Garcon. Maybe a change of scenery could be good for both wide receivers.

                                                                            Or

Terrelle Pryor for Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and Giants Fifth-Round Pick-The Redskins secondary is extremely battered with Josh Norman not 100%, Bashaud Breeland, Fabian Moreau, and Deshazor Everett hurt. Dominique Rodgers Cromartie has had a rocky season, and is 31 years old. However, he is an ex-pro bowler and could help the Redskins secondary for the remainder of the season. Pryor hasn’t had a good year, but the Giants are desperate for wide receivers, since Odell is hurt.

Bold Offseason Moves

The Redskins should trade their First-Round pick, Rob Kelly, and their Third-Round pick for the number one overall draft pick. Except for Chris Thompson the run game has been awful. To a rebuilding team such as the Browns these picks and Rob Kelly could further their offense. The Redskins could then select Saquon Barkley. Barkley is an absolute freak on the field, and will be Rookie of the Year, and go to the Pro-Bowl.

And Or

Trade Jordan Reed for a high 1st and 4th round pick to any willing team. Reed helps convert a lot of third downs and is very good in the red zone, however he causes a lot of penalties which causes us to punt the football. He also is usually hurt, and we can’t use him as much as we would like. With these picks I would like to see the Redskins select a wide receiver and use their Fourth-round pick to move up in the third round.
