Why: Lost to Potomac Falls at home on 8/22 and looking for a victory to get over .500.

“We have never beat them before and we have a good chance of doing it this year,” said senior captain, Katie Gilley. The Panthers defeated the Titans 2-1 at Dominion two weeks prior but the Titans are “working really hard in practice and getting hype for the game,” Gilley said.

With Potomac Falls defeating Dominion in their season opener they are in a comfortable position coming into Tuesday’s game. At the Dominion defeat, the Titans pushed hard in their last set.

However, to remedy the lineup, “last week, with the assistance of the captains and coach Leah Kavanagh, we put the final touches to our lineup and have been focusing on building the chemistry amongst all the players and putting them in their roles,”  head coach Andrew Ferris said.

The team is hoping for a great turn out but for any family or friends that may not be able to attend, coach Ferris plans on broadcasting the game on www.thecube.com.
