Last week the undefeated state championship Dominion Boys Lacrosse team got their long awaited commemorative rings after finishing the most dominating seasons a sports team at this school has ever accomplished.

The whole team gathered at Dominion weeks after their title in order to get their fingers sized, select different accessories, and figure out the overall design of the ring. Herff Jones Jewelry is the company that helped Dominion out, and the end product is worth the wait.

This past week, to further honor the team, a banner that reads 2016 Boy’s Lacrosse State Champions now hangs in the gym. Also, during the homecoming football game, those select lacrosse players will be wearing their rings proudly as they get honored at halftime, the final step in recognizing their accomplishments.
