College Football Week 4 Preview
After a pretty exciting week three, conference matchups are in full effect, but first here’s what happened last week:
1-Florida State got blown out by Lamar Jackson and Louisville
2-Alabama looked sharp in comeback win against Ole Miss
3-Ohio State dominated Oklahoma on the road
4-Michigan State boosted their resume and eliminated Notre Dame’s hopes for a playoff spot
#11 Wisconsin vs #8 Michigan State 12:00 pm Big Ten Network
Wisconsin starts their vigorous Big 10 stretch with Michigan State, a team who looked really good against Notre Dame last week. These teams have quarterback play that is in question, but this game is going to be up to defense and the running game.
Wisconsin gets another key road win 17-14
#19 Florida vs #14 Tennessee 3:30 pm CBS
An undefeated SEC matchup kicks-off as two teams come in with a lot of confusion. Florida’s starting quarterback Luke Del-Rio just got news that he will miss up to 3 weeks with an injury, and he was a big part of their early success. Tennessee comes in as one of the more frustrating teams in the country, no one knows how good they really are and they’ve been inconsistent during games which is a major concern.
Tennessee sneaks another win by 21-20
#7 Stanford vs UCLA 8:00 pm ABC
Heisman hopeful Christian McCaffrey leads Stanford to a key Pac 12 matchup early in the season. McCaffrey has lived up to the pre-season hype, and looked good last week against USC. UCLA lost an early game to Texas A&M but they still have a good Sophomore quarterback in Josh Rosen.
Stanford cruises past UCLA 28-21
